Our free program includes an annual inspection as well as proactive monitoring for major storms affecting your home.

We add your home to our monitoring database and will proactively notify you of any storm that impacted your home with hail this size or larger, and come check it for damage after the storm.

Wind over 45 MPH

We will monitor your address and will proactively notify you of any storm that impacted your home with high winds over 45 MPH, and come check it for damage afterwards.

Photo Evidence

We take photos at all inspections and provide a report to you. You can access all past reports at any time.

Guideline Home Protection Program Terms of Service(Required)

Upon registration for the Guideline Home Protection Program,
- you will receive an $150 discount code for an initial gutter cleaning (completely covers a regular cleaning on a 1 story home)
- you will be added to our schedule for an initial inspection
If you take advantage of our coupon for residential gutter cleaning, we will complete your initial gutter cleaning during our first inspection
Your address will be continuously monitored for storms with winds exceeding 45 MPH and/or hail over .75“
We will proactively notify you of significant storms that have potentially caused damage and plan a visit
We will visit to do an inspection at least once a year if there are no major storms
For all inspections,
- We will notify you before we come by to complete any inspections for damage from the ground
- If we detect damage from the ground, we will get on the roof to inspect and document what we find
- You do not need to be home for our inspection, however, we can postpone our inspection if needed, just let us know
- We will provide you a report of any damage we find as well as recommendations for remediation
You will receive a 5% discount on any out-of-pocket quotes for roofing or construction work (not applicable to insurance claims)
You will be eligible for a gift card to the location of your choice for all referrals
- $50 card for any referral that has a roof repair done when final payment is made
- $100 card for any referral that has a full roof replacement when final payment is made
- Friends and family referrals must mention you and your address to qualify
