All of our Realtor services and tools on our website are free to use on your customer’s behalf.

  • Our Realtor services and tools on our website are no charge to use on behalf of your customers.
  • If we work with a customer on an insurance claim, they’re only obligated for their deductible, excessive deck board rot, and any upgrades they choose beyond our standard, high-end roofing system.
  • If you request a Realtor quote, the price is given in a not-to-exceed quote with the disclaimers stated in the form and email.

We are typically able to schedule an install within 1-2 weeks from initial payment, depending on material and crew availability as well as weather.

Typically at most 2 weeks from initial payment on out-of-pocket. However, with insurance claims and the current insurance climate, it could be anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 months to get a claim approved, including taking the insurance carrier to court to hold them accountable on a legitimate claim.

  • If payment is contingent on the closing, we will not install the new roof before closing. However, with a signed contract, we can perform all scheduling in advance so that the install can typically be completed 3 days after closing, if the initial 66% payment is made on the day of closing.
  • We offer financing options that can be used to structure a deal so that the roof is covered with a simple loan that is then paid off at closing.

Due to constantly increasing material and labor costs, we take 66% upfront on out-of-pocket/cash projects, and the complete initial payment from insurance on claims.

No, we do not at this time.

  • We inspect roofs of owner-occupied homes at no charge with a signed contingency agreement for insurance claims or to generate a quote for an out-of-pocket purchase.
  • For builders and investors, we offer satellite-based reports for $75 as well as full roof reports including documentation of roof condition and damages found ($550 for single story, $750 for 2 story+) through an order form in the Builder section on our website.
